Asset Manager

INSIGHT's Asset Manager keeps track of hardware and software assets, licenses and services managing these for the enterprise and its respective business units, whether owned, leased or outsourced.

All large organizations use asset management systems to collect and maintain a comprehensive list of hardware and software assets. This data is then used in connection with the financial aspects of ownership such as calculating the total cost of ownership, depreciation, licensing, maintenance and insurance.

INSIGHT goes beyond traditional Asset Management by introducing the concept of Asset Accountability, which addresses the consequences of asset and service movement on other assets and services within the organization.
